CIPAL has designed a new and entirely electric kind of
vehicle to meet new requirements :

• Zero smoke emission
• Very low noise pollution
• Radio-controlled steering
• Can be placed on a track without closing the adjoining
  track
• No need to shut down the catenary system during works
• Several operating methods available

The RAPACE DAC is the second vehicle from the RAPACE
family of products, and has a high functional level :

• Replacement of turnout frogs and switches of all lengths up
  to 28 metres without any modification to the vehicle thanks
  to its patented extendable beam
• Handling load suspended from 2 to 6 hanging points
  (according to requirement) up to 4 tonnes of payload
• Permanent control of the load and of its path during
  transportt
• Picking of items from the ground or directly on a level
  carriage, without the need for additional handling or
  unloading
• Transport along track in both directions with only one driver
• Integrated lifting and loading accessories
• Powerful independent lighting (8 zones)
